• SORGULAMAX.COM: The data controller and owner of the WEBSITE, SORGULAMAX INTERNET INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND TOURISM INVESTMENTS INDUSTRY AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY, shall be referred to as such in this text. SORGULAMAX.COM holds the status of “DATA PROCESSOR” under the KVKK.
• PERSONAL DATA: Refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• DATA CONTROLLER: Under the provisions of the KVKK, this refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

1-) PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of this Agreement is to fulfil the information obligation introduced by Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and to provide information regarding the processing of personal data shared by Users with Sorgulamax.com, , how such processing is carried out, and the legal consequences arising from this processing. To achieve this purpose, users’ personal data is processed within the scope and under the conditions detailed below; Sorgulamax.com processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the KVKK, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and relevant provisions of the applicable legislation. • Information you have provided during bookings; name, surname, Turkish ID/passport/driving licence details, nationality, information regarding health status/disability where necessary for the provision of services based on your explicit consent, country of residence, contact details, social media contact details, address, gender, booking details, billing information, travel-related information, details on your flight/bus ticket, receipts, username and password details you created upon logging into the SITE, records of your communication with us, payment information, credit/debit card details, payment account details, IBAN details, etc., financial information, information regarding your family/close relatives and their data, legal proceedings/compliance information, information regarding your personal interests; information regarding your use of our website, mobile applications and other communication channels, your preferences regarding products or services or your past experiences, and other personal data not limited to those listed here.

6-) Request for Data Deletion
