Can I make a payment using a bank card or a virtual card?

Using Virtual Cards:

• Please remember that your virtual card must be registered with the 3D Secure system and have sufficient funds.

Payment Process:

• When purchasing a ticket, you will be directed to a payment screen where you must enter your card details. Here, you must correctly enter information such as the card number, expiry date and CVV code.
• You may be required to enter a 3D Secure code (OTP). This code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number linked to your card.

Limits:

• Check your card’s daily transaction limits. If your limit is reached, you may not be able to complete the transaction. In this case, you can contact your bank to increase your limit or try using a different card.
