For Air New Zealand flights, online check-in usually opens 24 hours before departure and is done on the airline's own website or mobile app with your PNR code and surname. At the end of the process, your boarding pass is issued digitally. If you have checked baggage, use the bag drop counter; if you are traveling with cabin baggage only, you can go straight to security.

Baggage allowance on Air New Zealand flights varies by fare class and route. Economy tickets usually include one piece of cabin baggage and checked baggage up to a set weight limit; on promotional tickets, checked baggage may cost extra.
