Havuz sauna personelleri 22.30 da eşim hamamda iken süre doldu kapatıyoruz şekilde kapıya dikildi. Normalde 22.45 te kapatılacak denilmişti. Oda ışıklandırma sistemi kötüydü. Konum süper mimari super.

Temiz bir otel, personel güler yüzlü, cafe, bar, restoran olanakları çok iyi, kahvaltısı yeterliydi, tavsiye ederim.

9. kattaki odama gece 1' e kadar müzik sesi geldi, daha iyi olabilirdi, başka olumsuz yönü yok.

Isparta içerisinde kalınacak en iyi otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Fiyat performans çok üst düzey. Tabi ki Antalya’daki bir beş yıldızlı otelle kıyaslamamak lazım. Her Isparta’ya gelişimdi gönül rahatlığı

Very good location - right in the heart of the city which allows you to walk easily to important areas for shops and restaurants.Recommend for location. Good breakfast choices.

The reception was not very helpful and the internet code given did not work. The room had stains on carpet and dirty finger marks on curtain. Not 5 star level. Do not recommend for 5 star level.
