Odalar epeyce eski ayrıca kaplıca havuzu aşırı kirliydi bence ayrıca otelin içinde ağır bir koku var

Personeli güler yüzlü.

Ödenen ücrete kiyasla verilen hizmet hiç yeterli degildi. Odalar temiz degildi, yemek çesidi çok azdi ve lezzetleri güzel degildi. Cumartesi aksami sakin bir aksam yemegi yemek istiyorduk ancak ‘canli müzik’ adi altinda sokak arasi dügünü kivaminda bir durumla karsilastik. Personel güler yüzlüydü ancak isletme düzenini begenmedik. Bolu’yu tekrar ziyaret ettigimizde burayi tercih etmeyiz.

oda soğuktu. karlı ve soğuk bir günde gitmiş olamamızın etkisi olabilir fakat yinede kaldığını düşünüyorum.
