Personel çok çok iyi…. Tamamı çok yardımsever, güleryüzlü, çalışkan, pozitif. Kısaca muhteşem personel seçimi - tebrik ederim. Her yer çok temiz, kahvaltı az , öz ve çok lezzetli. Kapukargın’a yakın

Oteli TERMAL otel diye seçtim, malesef ki yakından uzaktan ‘Termal’ otelle alakası yok. Çarşafların yenilenmesi gerek, Havlular öyle. Odaların yenilenme zamanı gelmiş . Makinedeki kahve çok kötü.

Personel çok ilgiliydi. En ufak bir noksanlık olması halinde bunu gidermek için gerekeni anında yaptılar. Havalimanına yakın olması iş seyehatim için çok avantajlıydı. Odalalarda temizlik konusunda bir sılıntı görmedim. Yalnız klimanın yeterince ısıtmadığını söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltının ise pandemi döneminde kısıtlı olmasını olağan karşıladım. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldım.
