Unfortunately at our stay there was no hot water to take a shower and the rooms were cold and no matter how much you complain nothing happens they say yes we will fix it but its never fixed. The worse thing is if you wanna leave early in the morning the receptionist has locked the door and is sleeping down stairs you have to knock on his door and take his permission to leave would not recommend it at
