Yemekler yapım yöntemine bağlı olarak lezzetsizdi, kahvaltıda verilen patates kızartması geceden yapılmış tatsız ve taş gibi sertti. Tatlılar uyduruktu. Yemekte su ikramının olmaması büyük eksiklikti.
