yemek çeşidi çok değildi ancak yapılan yemekler lezzetli ve güzeldi. Zaten çok çeşide hep karşı olmuşumdur. Personel gayet güleryüzlü ve kibardı

Oda ve havuz temizliği yeterli değil. Termal havuz sabah geç açılıyor [ 08.00 de] .

Telefonla hiçbir zaman ulaşılamıyor. Yemekler çok kötüydü,... akşam çıkardıkları salata türlerini sabah kahvaltıdada veriyorlardı, özellikle peynirler çok kötüydü. O da temizliğine gece geliyorlardı.

Küvet pis. Odalar pis. Hizmet çok kötü. Anlatsam karakter sığmaz. Asansör dolmuş gibi. Koridorlar pis kokuyor. Tasarruf yapacağım diye kalite aşırı derecede düşük. Böyle devam ederse iflası yakındır.

Restorant Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Pools sehr sauber,und die Liegen auch.

Spa Personal nicht zuvorkommend,keine Beratung oder Hilfestellung.Keine Fremdsprache nur Türkisch. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer wahr auch sehr mitgenommen, die Sitzelemente defekt, und im Bad der WC ist ein Witz so niedrig. Kinder WC wäre gerechtfertig für diese höhe.
