Tesisin yeri muhteşem, personel güler yüzlü ve oldukça iyi niyetli.

Otelin sıcak suyu ılık akıyor, hamam çeşmelerinden paslı su akıyor hamam suyu sıcak değil. Spa görevlisine söyledik ancak bu şikayet daha önce başkaları tarafından da yapılmış. Konumu iyi olmasa tercih etmezdim.

Milyar tane saçma sapan şey yaşadım: servisten odasına kadar hiçbir şeyden memnun kalmadım (oda ve otel estetik olarak güzel ancak odadaki çoğu şeyde aksaklık vardı ayrıca tüm odalarda geçerli olan minibarlar bu otelde bir şeyi soğuk tutmak için değil bozulmamasını önlemek için. Bu bilgi bana otelin bir gün boyunca 3-4 kez çağıracağımız ancak asla teşrif etmeyecek olan teknik servis söyledi)
