This hotel needs maintenance of rooms & most equipements; the glass of bathroom was broken, most cloth hangers were broken. The cooler was not working well, the airfilters were not clean.

Ilk olarak otelin konumu harika, odamız ön cepeye bakıyordu. Oda içi temiz orta derecede temizdi ama banyo biraz daha temiz olabilirdi diyebilirim idare ederin kıyısında ama 4 yıldızlı bir otel olunca sonuçta insan daha temiz bir banyo istiyor. Resepsiyonu arayınca bir defada olmuyordu hiçbir şey bir iki kere daha arayıp yeniden talepte bulunmak gerekiyordu (ütü, tuvalet kağıd, askı …) ama personel çok efendi çok saygılı ve yardım severdi.
