Çarşaflar, havlular çok temizdi.

İş icabı konaklamak zorunda kaldığım otelde iki bay olduğumuz için resepsiyonda ki sorumlu kafasına göre odamızı ve yatağımızı değiştirdi. Bunu bize sorabilirsiniz. Yaptığınız çok yanlış bir şey.

Odaların temizliği ve otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Kısa bir düğün ziyareti için tek gece kaldık dolayısı ile sadece sabah kahvaltısında bulunabildik. Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi.

Oda ve otel içerisinde bulunan eşyaların kondisyonu iyi durumda değildi. Hepsinin elden geçmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışan personeller biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilirdi.

Personel çok ilgiliydi. Odamı temiz ve soğuk havada giriş yapmamıza rağmen sıcacıktı. Tekrar Bursa'ya gidersem kalacağım ilk otellerden birisi olacak. Teşekkürler herşey için.

Daha önce defalarca kaldığım bir oteldi fiyat performans olarak beklentimi karşılıyordu ama bu kalışımda hem uçuk rakamlar hem karşılığındaki hizmet çok ama çok kötüydü.
