Her şey gayet güzeldi teşekkür ediyoruz. Samsun Merkezi’nde konaklamak için güzel bir yer

Yatağı biraz konforsuzdu. Galiba eskimiş biraz. Bir de temizlik malzemesi mutfakta yok idi. Bunun da temin edilmesi güzel olacak.

Genel olarak temizdi

Otel genel olarak güzel fakat odalarda kırık, hasarlı yerler vardı. TV çalışmıyor, duş kabininin sürgülü kapısı sökülmüş, duş sonrası her yer su içinde kalıyor. Mutfak tezgahı çok yıpranmış.

Otelin konumu ve odadan memnun kaldık. Özellikle dört kişi çok. Oda ile ilgili ufak sorunlar yaşasak da otel personeli bu konularda yardımcı olması ile sorun ortadan kalktı. Tekrar konaklamak isteriz.
