The hotel is located in Kartepe District, inside the Kartepe ski center, 35 km from Izmit city center and 100 km from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Located on the summit of the magnificent Samanlı Mountains, The Green Park Kartepe Resort & SPA is only 1 hour away from Istanbul with the view of Sapanca Lake on one side and Izmit Bay on the other. Bölgedeki tek otel olmasından özen gösterilmeyen vasat ve vasat altı hizmet, kâğıt bardaklar ile çay ve içecek servisinin olduğu , odalar aşırı sıcak ,kaloriferler termostatı çalışmıyor.

Otel Kartepe'de alternatifsiz. Teleferik başlangıcında çok katlı otopark inşaatı başlamış, kışın araçla tırmanmak istemeyenler tercih edebilir.

Kayak kirası 800 TL (2023 kışı) den başlıyor.
