Resepsiyon ilk önce ödemeni burdan yapmalısınız dedi. Halbuki online ödemişdim önceden. Rezervasyonu bulup gösterdikten, yarım saatden fazla zamanımı aldıktan sonra evet ödemişsiniz dedi. Sonrada yalnış oda verdi. Deluxe büyük yataklı oda olmasına rağmen tek kişilik yatak olan bir oda verdi. Aradıktan sonra yine bakıyor rezervasyona ve sonda evet öyleymiş diyerek 1 saatimi aldı. İş için gelmiştim ve zaman çok önemliyken beni boşu boşuna strese soktu. Zaten böyle sorunlar yaşamamak için genellikle 5yıldızlı tercih ederim. Ama bu sefer deneyimim bu şekilde oldu maalesef

Tüyap Fuar Merkezinde işiniz varsa konumu harika. Değilse şehir merkezine çok uzak. Tesis odaları güzel. Wifi gayet güçlü. Personel yardımcı olmak için çaba sarf ediyor.

Oda daha temiz olmalıydı. Komidinlerin üzeri toz içindeydi. Asansörler felaket. Güya 4 adet var. Fuar gibi organizasyonlarda tesis dolu ise neredeyse her katta duruyor. Geldiğinde ise dolu geliyor. Tek blokta resepsiyon olması felaket. Zira geçiş çok karışık.

Deniz manzaralı ve daha büyük bir oda seçmemize rağmen, daha küçük ve havasız bir oda verdiler. (içeride sigara içilmişti) Manzara ise pencereden kafanızı uzatabilirseniz görebiliyorsunuz...
