Facility Information

The thermal resort is located approximately 18 km west of the centre of Gaziantep near a small village called Burc. Gaziantep Airport is about 35 km away from the hotel. This thermal spa complex, built in 2012, has air conditioning and comprises a total of 115 accommodation units. Guests are welcomed in the lobby which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a cloakroom and lift access to upper floors. There is also a games room and a TV lounge. The accommodation consists of a main building and villa apartments set in spacious grounds with a garden café, a large restaurant, an amphitheatre and amenities for holding social and business functions. Younger guests can be entertained by the resort's mini club, kids' club and children's playground. Business travellers will appreciate the convenience of conference facilities. Further amenities include a bar, a disco, wireless Internet access and a car park for those arriving by car. The rooms are en suite with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests can look forward to a good night's rest on their double bed. The rooms are further equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, satellite TV, Internet access and a digital safety deposit box. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the 3 outdoor swimming pools with a children's swimming area before enjoying a bite to eat at the poolside snack bar. The complex has a number of sports amenities such as a multi-purpose court, an equestrian club, tennis and pool/snooker, as well as basketball and volleyball. Horse-drawn carriage tours are also offered. The property offers separate male and female spas and thermal treatment facilities, as well as a hot tub and sauna. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. Lunch is offered à la carte and as a set menu, while the evening meal may be enjoyed as a buffet.

otelin kapalı havuzu yoktu . termal havuz sıcaklığı düşüktü biraz daha derece yükseltilebilirdi. bu eksikliklere rağmen yinede olumlu bakıyorum.

daha önce defalarca konakladım yeni haliyle tam otele benzemiş

spa sauna havuz çok soğuk daha da iyi olabilir kaplıca suyu deniliyor su soğuk yani uyardım ancak düzeltilmesi gerekiyor

Personelleri iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlüydü. hamam ve havuzu güzeldi.

Odalar temiz değil, soğuk banyo, klimalar bozuk, içerisi temiz değildi. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum
